Are my personal and payment details safe when shopping on Mobilethestore ?
We protect information as described in Section 6 (Security) of the policy, and we may share your information as described in Section 5 (Information Sharing).
Why is my account restricted?
There may be certain instances in which we restrict your account as a safety precaution to protect your personal information. For example, this may occur if your account has been flagged for suspicious activity or if your account may have violated our Terms of Service.
If you feel like this was done in error, we want to help! Please reach out to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and verifying your account.
Can I send items to someone as a gift ?
While Mobilethestore offers millions of great gift ideas for colleagues, friends, and loved ones, we currently don’t offer a gifting shipping option.
You can always purchase an item on Mobilethestore and have it shipped directly to the intended recipient. However, the item won’t be gift-wrapped. Or—better yet—ship the item to yourself, and then wrap it just how you like it for your lucky recipient!
Adding a personal touch always makes any gift a little more special. 🎁 🤗 🎉
Can I cancel an order that I made by mistake?
If you ordered something by mistake, you can cancel the order within 8 hours of placing it.
To cancel an order, please go to your Order History and click Customer Support for the order you need assistance with, and our Mobilethestore Assistant will help you cancel it. After clicking this option, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.
Please keep in mind that if the order was placed over 8 hours prior or has already shipped, you won't be able to cancel it. If you encounter any issues once you receive your order, please contact Customer Support and we'll be happy to help.
